For 30 years, Dr. Selina Hoflund worked as an HR Professional in the manufacturing, energy, and healthcare industries. Some of the national and international companies she has served included Boeing, Eaton Corporation, Alstom Power, Terex, Holly Frontier Corporation, Columbia Basin Health Association, Billings Clinic, and Wyoming Medical Center. She also served as an interim HR leader for Deaconess Hospital in Spokane, WA, Niobrara Community Hospital, and WyHy Federal Credit Union.
Selina is a recognized expert, coach/mentor, speaker and trainer, and has taught on topics such as employee engagement, neuro linguistic programming, leadership, public speaking, and the brilliance of the unconscious mind. She helps her clients get to the root of their blockages and help them release limiting beliefs and negative emotions from their lives. Her joy comes from watching clients unleash the source of power that lies within them and achieve the vision they have for their lives.
She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and a certified Coach and Speaker. She also holds certifications as a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, a Master Practitioner in Hypnotherapy, and a Master Practitioner in Mental and Emotional Release® from the Association for Integrative Psychology. Selina has a PhD in Organization and Management from Capella University, an Executive MBA from Hawaii Pacific University, and a BS in Management Science from Central Washington University.
Although she was born and raised in Malaysia, she has lived in the United States for over 34 years and now lives in Casper, Wyoming with her husband and their 2 cats. Always able to find humor in everything, she is the epitome of “what doesn’t kill us makes us funnier!” Selina enjoys serving in her church and living in Wyoming even though the snow often times falls sideways.
